Steve Jobs was born on February 24, 1955, to Joanne Schieble and Abdulfattah Jandali. However, he was adopted shortly after his birth by Paul and Clara Jobs. From a young age, Steve showed an interest in electronics, playing with spare parts and building projects with his father.
Later, Steve attended Reed College in Portland, Oregon, but dropped out after just one semester. He then traveled to India and experimented with psychedelic drugs, which he referred to as a life-changing experience.
The Rise of Apple Inc.
In 1976, Steve Jobs co-founded Apple Inc. with Steve Wozniak in his garage. Their first product, the Apple I computer, was released the following year. The company's success skyrocketed with the release of the Macintosh computer in 1984, and Apple became a household name.
However, Apple experienced some setbacks, and Steve Jobs was eventually ousted from the company in 1985. He then founded a new computer company called NeXT and purchased Pixar Animation Studios. NeXT was eventually acquired by Apple, and Steve Jobs returned to the company in 1997.
